K: ( 35m2 + 6m2 veranda)

The apartment is located on the ground floor and the only apartment that has no air conditioning. It does not need AC because in the hot summer days there is always pleasant.
This apartment is usually taken by tourists who can not tolerate air conditioning , do not like to climb to higher floors . There they feel most comfortable and come back every year in the same apartment. It has TV and WIFI.
